Poster Information

During the school, a Poster Session will be organized to stimulate discussions and networking.

Poster boards are in vertical/portrait format, maximal poster size is B1 (W: 707 mm x H: 1000 mm).

All the material necessary for fastening the posters will be provided by organizers and available in the poster room.

The presenting authors are required to be available for discussion during the scheduled poster session.

A Best Poster Prize, sponsored by OPTICA, and a Certificate will be delivered during the Closing session of the School.

The description of current activity of the students in a form of an Abstract is encouraged, while it is not mandatory to submit a Poster.

• The applicants are asked to submit an abstract at the registration time, which will not undergo any review process and will be accepted as is.

• The abstract (in a PDF format) should be sent to poster-pqip23@fbk.eu.

• The abstract should contain a Title, Author(s) list and Affiliation and a core text of max 250 words.
